Martin Schaer visits with MGMT 195 and 402 Classes.

Academy Award nominee Martin Schaer visited with both Entertainment Management classes about the motion picture business from a behind-the-camera perspective. Schaer, whose recent projects include the sequel to The Da Vinci Code, Angels & Demons, as well as Tim Burton's adaptation of Alice In Wonderland has been working behind the camera for over twenty years in Hollywood. He was able to give a students a rare look into how a film is shot and what post-production is like for a major Hollywood film. Martin also spoke of the passion that is required to make it in the business, and how believing in one's self is key to having a successful career in the entertainment business.
