Carl Posewitz visited the Entertainment Management program on October 15 to discuss the renovation of the University Theater in MGMT 295 Venue Management. Posewitz is an architect who currently resides in Missoula, Montana. He practices his architecture with a firm called Paradigm V2 Architects, a Montana based company.

As president of Paradigm V2 Architects, Posewitz oversees the work and performance of his seven other employees and is also the principal in charge of design and financial affairs. A full service architectural firm, Paradigm V2 Architects was founded in September of 1991 and has been the winner of several design awards.

The University Theater opened its doors in November of 1935 and in the early 1990's a renovation under the guidance of Paradigm Architects took place on the theater. Posewitz indicated the problem areas as the lobby, restrooms, restoration of the seats, and a production room at the back of the stage. He went over design plans used and the different people he was in contact with over the process. The total cost of the renovation was around 2.3 million.
